Consultancy Services

OneAston is able to assist and support customers through strategy definition, change management and adopt best practices in the context of an implementation, upgrade or data migration projects. OneAston specialises in local, regional or global deployment projects, ensuring customers are able to achieve a single entity or consistent multi-site rollout of their Temenos solution.

Solution Customization

OneAston provides solution configuration and customisation services for the Temenos solutions in accordance with client needs (workflows, integrations, screens, reports, etc...). Working in combination with the standard product functions and features, the solution is tailored to the
specific requirements of the customer and reflect not only their system process and technical landscape, but also their branding, image and value proposition.

Testing services

We develop testing strategies, test plans and test cases to be used in testing application deployment. Our testing team conducts and manages Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing and Performance Testing.

24/7 Managed Support

OneAston operates a dedicated managed support practice to manage the day-to-day support requirements of the Temenos platforms. Operating from support centres in Singapore, India, Manila and Canada, the OneAston team is able to provide diagnostic and correction services for system configurations/ customisations across the Temenos Wealth, Infinity and Transact platforms.
