The Challenge

Taking full responsibility for the delivery of a customized Infinity Wealth solution, OneAston led the discovery, design, delivery (development) and deployment phases of the program. The teams are currently working on the first iteration of the delivery phase. The main technical challenges to date have been coordinating the low-level business requirements with the analysis of all required integration points which includes the bank’s core legacy banking system.

Our Approach

We used an agile methodology approach with incremental discovery & design workshops with the client to finalize the low level development story point for each sprint. Every sprint had a discover, design and delivery stages with a deployment phase at the end of the iteration. We provided an end-to-end delivery model from leading the discovery & design workshops at the outset of the project, including providing our clients with post-production support services.

Built on Temenos’s market-leading Infinity Wealth framework, the transformation project will provide the Bank with a number of key components that are critical to its future plans.
